In the case of international orders, MAN 1924 does not accept liability for the duties generated for the import of the goods.
For shipments to countries subject to import duties and taxes applicable upon arrival at the specified destination, and any other additional charge related to Customs clearance, must be borne by the customer, as these charges are beyond the control of MAN 1924 S.L.
Customs policies vary considerably from one country to another. For this reason you should contact your local Customs office for more information. Besides, you must bear in mind that when ordering from the website, you are considered the importer of record and you must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country where the products are received.
Shipment costs include handling and packaging as well as delivery expenses. Handling costs are a fixed price, whereas delivery rates may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group your items in one only order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each of the orders individually. We are not liable for any damage your shipment might suffer after dispatch, but we endeavour to protect every fragile item.
Boxes are big and your items will be properly protected.
Spain and Portugal > Orders shipped amounts of 300€ and above will enjoy free shipping costs.
Over the world > Orders shipped amounts of 800€ and above will enjoy free shipping costs.
Normally, packages are shipped within 48 hours after reception of payment, by TNT and MRW with a tracking number and delivery without signature. Delivery dates are 5 working days since the order confirmation. For areas 3, 4 and 5 the packages are sent through FedEx, with a delivery time of 13 to 15 working days. During holidays (from 14 to 21 August) shipments and returns can be delayed 10-12 days. **
OTHER ISSUES OF INTEREST
- VAT will not be refunded in international sales.
- Our orders cannot be delivered in a post box or military base.
- Delivery dates of your order might be affected during special periods, Christmas, Sales or spot promotions, due to the vast amount of shipments.
** Given the current situation (COVID-19), delivery times may be slightly affected.
Returns in exercise of the right to cancel the purchase.
You may return the goods by post, Courier or at any of our shops.
You will be liable for the cost of returning the products, including custom duties. Please be advised that if you decide to return the items collect, we will be entitled to refuse this return, or deduct the costs generated by this return shipment from the total refund.

Please be advised that in order to accept the return it is essential to send the item including its original packaging in addition to the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.
After examining the item we will inform you if you are entitled to the refund of the money for the returned product(s).
The shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable under any circumstances, as the service has been enjoyed anyway.
The return of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product will not be accepted.
Returns of faulty products
In the cases you consider that the product upon delivery does not comply with the stipulations in the Contract, you must contact us immediately by means of our contact form or accessing your customer account providing the product data as well as a description of the damage detected and we will indicate the way to proceed.
We will carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you via email, within a reasonable time, if the return or replacement thereof (if any) is appropriate. The return or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days after we send you an email confirming the acceptance of the return or replacement of the non-conforming article.
The amounts paid for those products returned for some flaw or fault, when it really exists, will be fully refunded, including the shipment costs for delivery of the item, as well as the costs incurred by the return of the faulty product. The refund will be made on the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
Steps to follow in case of return:

- Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
- Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the check box next to the name(s).
- Add the amount you need to return (in case more than one product needs to be returned)
- (optional) Add an explanation, so that the team at our shop can understand better why the client wishes to return this product.
- Click on "Request a return”.
- Our team will confirm the return in the shortest possible time and will attach the return label.
- Then prepare the package for pick up in its original packaging and make sure that the labels have not been removed and the item has not been used or manipulated. We remind you that the shipping costs for returned packages are the responsibility of the customer. In case of belonging to a country outside the EU, the package will have to be sent through a Courier company such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. Identify the package with the data we provide during the return process and send the package by Courier to:

In case of having made a pick-up in store, it will be possible to return the goods at one of our shops located in Bilbao and Madrid. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted. Once the item has been received in our shops and been thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return and we will proceed to refund the money.
Changes or returns of underwear and socks are not allowed.

Acceptance and return
Once the return has been accepted and processed, MAN 1924 will refund the money for the returned products as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days since the date of reception of the product in our facilities.
